Interesting Facts About Mountain School and the North Cascades National Park

Did you know? That Archaeological records prove humans have been fishing in the Cascade Mountains for at least 8,000 years? Also that North Cascades National Park came into being, officially, on 02 Oct 1968, when Lyndon B. Johnson signed the North Cascades Act? And that Miners prospected for gold, lead, zinc, and platinum there from 1880 to 1910? My last interesting fact is that the North Cascades Visitor's Center opened in 1993. I also have a LOT more information. (I have so much information that this paragraph would be VERY long .)
